- Brand names you enter — temporarily processed to query third-party AI models and generate your scorecard. We do not store these permanently unless you explicitly share a result URL.
- Email addresses — if you create an account or subscribe to our newsletter. Used to authenticate you and to deliver the emails you asked for.
- Passwords — stored only as a salted PBKDF2-SHA256 hash. We never store or transmit your password in readable form and cannot recover it for you.
- Account and usage records — your plan, remaining scan quota, and the scans you run, so we can enforce fair limits and show your history.
- Usage data — anonymized page views, device type, and referrer via privacy-friendly analytics.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage only for:
- Keeping you signed in to your account.
- Remembering your cookie preference.
- Aggregate, anonymized traffic analysis to improve our content and tools.

We retain newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Temporary tool query data is discarded after the result is generated, unless you choose to share a public result URL.
